Dr. Altaf Nisar Khoja brings extensive experience in clinical psychiatry and leadership roles across various healthcare settings, including major public and private hospitals in Australia. With over 22 years in mental health, including senior administrative positions, he offers a strong clinical background combined with strategic leadership skills. Dr. Khoja is a motivated and multilingual leader with international experience in diverse settings. His key interests include leadership, clinical psychiatry, governance, safety, and quality, with a focus on fostering strong relationships and driving strategic development. He is also a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Western Australia.

Sabir Shah, an IHM graduate and seasoned Taj veteran with over two decades in hospitality, ensures our service standards are world-class. Sonali Patil, the CEO of Khoja Group is a Certified Analyst from IIMB and NMIMS Bangalore, leads with clarity, vision, and strategic insight. Her experience with playing a key role in expanding sales at Pidilite’s Fevicol Division and providing valuable consultancy to top-tier hospitality chains enables her to spot market trends early, unlock opportunities, and position Khoja Group as a forward-moving force in the industry.
